Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the use of the online TOPIK practice service ("the Service") provided by EVERSTONE Co., Ltd. ("the Company") at passtopik.com, and set out the rights and obligations of the Company and its members.

Article 2 (Membership)

Anyone who agrees to these Terms and completes the sign-up form becomes a member. The Company may refuse or cancel membership where false information is given, another person's identity is used, or the Service is misused.

Article 3 (Service)

The Service includes question-by-question practice, full-length mock exams, past-paper practice with automatic scoring, and video lessons. Some content is free; other content requires payment. The Company may change or discontinue parts of the Service with prior notice.

Article 4 (Payment)

Paid content is sold as access for a fixed period stated at the time of purchase. Prices are shown in Korean won; PayPal payments are charged in US dollars at the exchange rate shown on the payment page. Payments are processed by NHN KCP (via PortOne) or PayPal.

Article 5 (Refunds)

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not started the purchased exam or content. After that, refunds are calculated in accordance with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, deducting the value of the portion already used. Refund requests: dev@evst.co.kr.

Article 6 (Intellectual property)

All questions, explanations, videos and materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to the Company. They are for your personal study only and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially.

Article 7 (Member obligations)

Members must keep their login details secure, must not share accounts, and must not interfere with the Service or other members.

Article 8 (Limitation of liability)

The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure, or for damages arising from a member's own fault. The Service is a study aid and does not guarantee any particular TOPIK result.

Article 9 (Governing law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's head office.
